Arisaka Releases Vertical Grips and Optic Leveler

Apex, NC, January 6, 2015 - Arisaka LLC is pleased to announce the release of its new Vertical Grips and Optic Leveler. Like all Arisaka products, they are made entirely in the USA.

The Vertical Grip is a robust, minimal foregrip for KeyMod, M-Lok, and CMR handguards. It features a radiused profile at the top which tapers to meet the mounting surface on the handguard, giving a low-profile feel and ergonomic comfort. Twin mounting screws ensure secure attachment. The grip is hollow, with no end-cap. The Vertical Grip is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and type III hard coat anodized. It weighs 1.8 oz, is 2.5" in height, and 1.3" in diameter.

The Optic Leveler is an inexpensive, easy-to-use tool for leveling scopes mounted in rings or one-piece mounts. The base plate sits on the Picatinny rail or one-piece mount just below the turret cluster of a scope, which is intentionally left slightly loose in the rings so it can rotate. The leveling wedge is inserted from the side into the slot in the base. As the matching 11 degree ramped surfaces of the wedge and base engage, the top of the wedge rises upwards and contacts the turret cluster, causing it to spin until level. The user can then proceed to tighten the scope rings.
