Shipping, Warranty & Returns
We do our best to ship orders placed before 11am EST the same day, Monday through Friday. Depending on order volume and day-to-day operations we may not meet this goal, for which we apologize.
Orders with a value over $100 will ship with signature confirmation. If you are not present on the first delivery attempt, a notice will be left that can be signed and marked to allow the package to be left on the next delivery day, or you can take the notice to your post office to pick it up.
Please pay special attention to the Warranty and Returns information below as it pertains to third party products that we offer, such as those made by Surefire, Streamlight and Gear Sector.
Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our company. We want you to be 100% satisfied and feel secure about your purchase from Arisaka, so our warranty and return policies are simple and unrestricted.
All Arisaka products include a lifetime warranty. If a part is broken, smashed, destroyed, or defective, we will replace it. If for some reason we no longer make that exact part, we will contact you and let you select something comparable. We also do not care who originally purchased the part. If it's in your hands, then it's your warranty.
Please email email@example.com or use our contact form to let us know you're sending something in for warranty work. Then mail your item in and include your return address and contact information. Please be sure to record the tracking number for the package to verify it arrives. If you have the time, we would also like to know what happened to cause the part to fail. This feedback will help us make better products for you.
Products that we carry that are made by another manufacturer, such as Modlite, Surefire or Streamlight, are subject to their warranty and service policies.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your Arisaka product you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (this includes "free" shipping as well - we still paid for postage to mail it to you). There is no need to worry if the part is opened, used, or abused. We expect this! The only way to know if you like the part is for you to try it out.
If you decide to return something, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and then we will issue you an RMA. When you ship us a return be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include your contact information or a copy of the original packing slip so we can look up the order and process the return in a timely manner.
Products that we do not manufacture, such as those made by Modlite, Surefire or Streamlight, can only be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if unopened and unused. Otherwise the product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
