The Arisaka 18350 Series Light Body is a shorter, streamlined replacement body for Surefire Scout Light M340DFT weapon lights that allows you to use regular scout light mounts instead of the unreliable "pro" swivel bodies/mounts, while still being able to run the KF1 Turbo head on an 18350 cell or one CR123 cell. The 18350 Series Light Body can also use Modlite OKW/PLH and Malkoff HTL/E2XTL heads for a compact package with excellent output, but these heads require an 18350 cell.
The 18350 Series Light Body is manufactured without the mounting interface for the stock Picatinny clamp. This greatly increases the clearance for front sights when used in combination with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount on handguards with 45 degree mounting surfaces adjacent to the top Picatinny rail. It will also fit in any aftermarket Scout mount, as it retains the mounting holes and square lug interface on the underside of the light body.

The light body is CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodized black. FDE light bodies are finished in Cerakote over the hard coat anodizing. High quality Buna-N O-rings are included. Product does not include light head, tail cap or mounting screws.
