These stand alone Surefire Scout heads allow you to convert an existing Scout light or clone to provide both white and IR output. The KM2 models are designed for two cell Surefire M600 or Arisaka 600 series light bodies, while the KM1 models are designed for one cell Surefire M300 or Arisaka 300 series light bodies.

• The KM2-C provides 350 lumens of white light or 120 mW of infrared. Requires 2x CR123 cells and fits the Arisaka 600 Series Light Body.
• The KM1-E provides 250 lumens of white light or 100 mW of infrared. Requires 1x CR123 cells and fits the Arisaka 300 Series Light Body.

Please note:

1. We only carry the latest versions, the KM2-C and KM1-E. These differ from the older models in that the bezel can be switched to white/off/IR without pulling it forward. A detent clicks at each bezel position.

2. Due to how Surefire packages these heads, they rub against the instruction sheet inside their bags which can leave black ink on the tan heads. It can easily be wiped off with a little CLP (or similar) on a rag.

3. The optic in the head is off-center by design. When you rotate the bezel to change between white and IR modes, the optic is realigned over the corresponding LED.

4. The LED driver in these heads may emit a faint, audible buzz. Surefire says that this is within normal operating parameters.
