The Arisaka Extendo Scout Mount is an add-on for the Extendo Picatinny Bar which allows the user to attach a scout compatible weapon light. The mount can be reversed, allowing for the weapon light to be used on the right or left side of the firearm, and is ideal for weapon platforms that have an OEM handguard that has no accessory mounting interface, or if the user wants the light tucked up near the laser aiming module.

Like the small bumper block included with each Extendo Picatinny Bar, the Extendo Scout Mount attaches at the front end. In addition to being a mount for a weapon light, it also is designed to absorb an extreme impact in the event the rifle is dropped onto the laser aiming module.

In addition the Extendo Picatinny Bar, you will also need to use one of the compatible Arisaka optic mounts:

Aimpoint Acro Mount Mk2 2.26 and 1.93

Aimpoint Micro Mount Mk2 2.26 and 1.93

Each mount is CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat black anodized. Includes necessary screws to attach mount and light.

Recommended torque values with Loctite 222, 242, or 243:

Light mount to Extendo - 30 inch lbs (3.39 Nm)

Scout light to light mount - 20 inch lbs (2.26 Nm)

Hardware: One 10-24x3/8" torx flat head screw, two 8-32x3/8" torx socket head cap screws.
